This policy explains what Herd Apps LLC ("we") collects when you use SOL Arcade at solarcade.app and its games, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Your leaderboard name and scores. Shown publicly on the leaderboards.
• Your Solana wallet address, if you give one. Used only to pay prizes. Leaderboards show only a shortened form.
• A one-way hashed version of your IP address, used to limit abuse and cheating. We don't store your raw IP address with your scores.
• Information you send us, for example when you email us or when we verify a winner (which may include proof of age and location).
• App device checks (app users). To keep ranked play to real phones, the app asks Apple (App Attest) or Google (Play Integrity) to vouch for your device. We store a one-way hashed device identifier, the device key Apple's check produces (iPhone), the result of the check, the days you played ranked games, your invite code and any friend's code you entered, your badge points, and the leaderboard name your badges show on. Games only receive a second hash of the device identifier with each run.
• Reward claims (website). If you redeem badge points on the website we store your invite code, the Solana address you give, the claim amount and a hashed IP address, to pay and to prevent fraud.
• Data in your own browser. Your name, wallet address and best scores are saved in your browser's local storage so you don't have to type them again. You can clear them any time from My wallet or your browser settings.

We never ask for, and you should never give anyone, your wallet's seed phrase or private key.

Advertising

The games are free because they show ads, served by Google AdSense [and OTHER AD PARTNERS]. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technology to show ads and measure them, including personalised ads based on your visits to this and other sites. Why we use it

To run the games and leaderboards, check scores are genuine, pay prizes, keep the service secure, answer you, and meet legal duties (for example tax and sanctions rules).

Who we share it with

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare), our ad partners as described above, and authorities when the law requires it. Prize payments are public on the Solana blockchain by nature. We don't sell your personal information.

How long we keep it
